‰Michael E. Pennisten, 20, of South Point, charged with receiving stolen property.
‰Kenneth D. Moore, 52, of South Carolina, charged with theft.
‰Nathan D. Hayes, 31, of Ashland, charged with receiving stolen property and persistent felony offender.
‰Jason S. McCormack, 20, of Ashland, charged with second-degree assault, wanton endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident and persistent felony offender.
