Slide show: In Greenup, the city's first Christmas Tree



A group of about 50 Monday stood on the bank of the Ohio River just after sunset for the lighting of Greenup's first city Christmas Tree.

After the ceremony, the crowd made their way to the county courthouse for cookies, hot chocolate, carriage rides and a visit with Santa.
