LEXINGTON — The Kentucky High School Athletic Association banned Rose Hill Christian School from boys basketball postseason play for two years, fined the school $6,000 and enacted a three-year probation for violations.
The KHSAA Board of Controls voted unanimously on Monday to accept Commissioner Brigid DeVries' recommendations at a hearing in Lexington.
The thrust of the violation came from the handling of a scholarship for Michael Cody Fuller who played for the Royals from 2004 to 2007.
Rose Hill administrator Sharon Parsons and principal Jerry Foster met with the board for the second time in the last three weeks.
More on the story coming soon.
