Elliott County writer/photographer has made pictures from Southeast Asia to England, and closer to home in Elliott County.
While on a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia, Olson photographed incense at a roadside stand. A leisurely drive from her Mauk Ridge home can produce images of hard work within the county's rural life.
Although she uses a digital camera for some assignments, Olson's primary work continues to be shot on slide film.
