DAYTON, OH —
Norma A. “Nell” Simpson, age 87, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2012.
She was born in Hitchins to the late Elizabeth and Roy Wallace.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl and a sister, Evelyn Lee.
Norma attended the Evangel Church of God in Dayton. She worked at Sunshine Biscuit and retired from Digitech.
She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Barker of Olive Hill; niece, Candace Pierce (Joe) of West Carrollton, Ohio; nephew, Brent Barker of Massachusetts; step-daughter, Carolyn Cooksey of Utah; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Monday, June 25, 2012, at the Tobias Funeral Home-Belmont Chapel in Dayton, with Pastor David Renfro officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens in Xenia, Ohio.
Friends may visit from noon until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
