Thurman Lee Tackett, 63, of Beaver, died Sunday in Pikeville Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Bertha Lou Tucker Tackett.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church in Teaberry.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Hall Funeral Home in Martin is in charge of arrangements.
