SALYERSVILLE —
Carl Montgomery, 89, of Salyersville, died Saturday in Paul Patton East Kentucky Veterans Center in Hazard.
He was born Oct. 14, 1923, in Magoffin County.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Alka Arnett Montgomery, and is survived by his second wife, Lou Jenkins Montgomery.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Magoffin County Funeral Home in Salyersville. Burial will follow in Montgomery Family Cemetery.
Friends may call anytime prior to services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
