Kimberly Ann Terry Whited, 50, of Martin, died Tuesday in the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 7 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home in Martin.
Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and until services Saturday at the funeral home.
