Carl Groves, 64, of Ashland, died Jan. 29 at his residence.
There will be no funeral services or visitation. Burial will be in Johnson Cemetery in Catlettsburg at a later date.
Brown Funeral Home in Ironton, Ohio, is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the family to assist with final expenses.
