Ruth Vanhorn, 86, formerly of Grayson, died Friday in the Golden Living Center in Vanceburg.
She was born Nov. 6, 1926.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Vanhorn.
The funeral will be at noon on Monday at Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson. Burial will follow in the East Carter County Memory Gardens.
