Carl L. Arthur, 70, of Ashland, died Sunday in Boyd Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born April 16, 1942, in Boyd County.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Clark Arthur.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland. Burial will be in Catlettsburg Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
