GREENUP —
Homer Lee Meadows, 73, of Greenup, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday Oct. 17, 2012, in the Cleveland Clinic.
Mr. Meadows was born Aug. 29, 1939, in Greenup, a son of the late David Ward and Curtiss Wolfe Meadows.
He was retired from Marathon in Ashland.
He was a member and elder of Antioch Christian Church, where he was one of the Adult Bible Sunday School Class teachers.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Miriam McKenzie Meadows; a son, Lee Davidson Meadows of Lexington; and a sister, Judith Ann Meadows of Greenup.
Funeral services will be at noon Oct. 20, 2012, at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Minister Larry Barrell. Burial will be in Baker Cemetery in Greenup.
Visitation will be after 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
