Fay Pauline Williams Evans, 83, of Morehead, died Saturday in St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
She was born March 15, 1929.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Fields Evans.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. Burial in Evans Cemetery in Rowan County.
Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
