Kenneth Eugene Rice, 66, of East Point, died Friday in the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 12, 1940, in Paintsville.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Mayo Rice.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Preston Funeral Home in Paintsville. Burial will be in Gethsemane Gardens in Prestonsburg.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
