Carol Ann Greene Lewis, 68, of Ironton, died Friday in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.
She was born July 26, 1944, in Wilmington.
The funeral will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home in Ironton. Private burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Springfield.
Friends may call after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
