RACELAND —
Phillip Edward Force, 34, of Raceland, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 3, 2012, in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital Emergency Room in Russell.
Phillip was born Nov. 18, 1977, in Ironton, Ohio.
He was a carpenter’s helper and attended Oak Street Chapel Church in Flatwoods.
He is survived by his stepfather and mother, Lester and Sherry McBrayer Archey of Alcorn Road, Greenup; grandmother, Bessie McBrayer of Greenup; grandfather, Earl Castle of Ashland; aunt, Vonda McBrayer of Fort Myers, Fla.; one stepbrother, Duane Archey of Greenup; three stepsisters, Wilma Osborn of South Shore, Becky Hayes of Thomasville, Ga., and Abby Adkins of South Shore; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Adam Force; grandfather, Gene McBrayer; grandmother, Barbara Castle; and uncle, Darrel McBrayer.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. today, May 5, 2012, at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Pastor Johnsey Collins. Burial will be in McBrayer Cemetery, Alcorn Road, Greenup.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until funeral time today at the funeral home.
