ASHLAND —
John William Blackburn, 71, of Ashland, died Friday in Community Hospice Care Center family.
He was born on Feb. 23, 1941, in Catlettsburg.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home in Catlettsburg. Burial will follow in Catlettsburg Cemetery with military honors by Post 93 of Kenova, W.Va.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
