Elias Garland Moore, 80, of Louisa, died Thursday in King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
He was born Nov. 21, 1932, in Oma, W.Va.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Harmon.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Louisa. Burial will be in Yatesville Memorial Gardens in Louisa.
