Roger Lee Collins, 66, of Boons Camp, died Wednesday at his residence.
He was born Sept. 17, 1946, in Johnson County.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Price Collins.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Boons Camp Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be in the family cemetery at Boons Camp.
Preston Funeral Home in Paintsville is in charge of arrangements.
