Lisa Gail Risner, 44, of Charlestown, Ind., died Friday in Core Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dale, Ind.
She was born Nov. 15, 1968, in Clark County, Ind.
She is survived by her husband, Ranzil Risner.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Magoffin County Funeral Home in Salyersville. Burial will be in Risner Family Cemetery on Middle Fork.
Friends may call at the funeral home.
