Kathy Jo Grubb-Clay, 53, of Flatwoods, died Saturday in Greenup County.
She was born Aug. 15, 1958, in Ashland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clay.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland. Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland.
Friends may call one hour before services Monday at the funeral home.
