PHOENIX, AZ —
Ruth Daniels Tackett, 83, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Floyd County, died Monday at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmont Tackett.
The funeral will be at noon Sunday at Hall Funeral Home in Martin. Burial will follow in Lucy Hall Cemetery in McDowell.
Friends may call all day today at the funeral home.
