SANDY HOOK —
Timothy Dwight Lewis, 57, of Sandy Hook, passed away Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, in Morgan County Appalachian Regional Hospital.
He was born in Elliott County, the son of Dariel Lewis of Isonville, and the late Patricia Ann Adkins Lewis. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Danny William Lewis.
Tim worked as a pipefitter and was a member of Plumbers & Steamfittters Local 248 at Ashland.
Besides his father, Tim is survived by his son, Nathan Daniel Lewis of Sandy Hook and a sister, Penny Dawn and husband, Johnny Ray Greene, of Bruin. He is also survived by nephews, Jason Lee and wife, Rachelle Stevens, of Sandy Hook and Joshua Ray Greene of Bruin; a great-niece and great-nephew, Shelby Rae and Sheldon Kash Stevens.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home in Sandy Hook. Burial will follow in Elliott County Memory Gardens.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.
