RUSSELL —
Faye Lake Maillard, 93, of Russell, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, in Oakmont Manor in Flatwoods.
She was born May 16, 1919, in Greenup County, a daughter of the late Homer and Lucy Baldridge Lake.
She was retired from the Bulova Watch Co. in New York and was a member of Wurtland Church of God.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Maillard, who died June 16, 1989; four brothers, Carl Lake, Clifford Lake, Harry Lake and James Lake; and a sister, Esther King.
She is survived by a brother, Cecil Edward Lake and his wife, Marie, of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sisters, Madge Hayes of Trenton, Mich., and Helen Gillispie of Columbus, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Virginia Lake of Russell; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods by Brother Henry Montgomery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup.
