Frances Carol Haney Gillian, 71, of Flatwoods, died Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, in King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
She was born Jan. 24, 1941, in Flatwoods to the late Ronnie and Gladys Riggs Haney.
She retired from K-Mart as a clerk.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Roger Eldon Haney.
She is survived by one son, Darren Virgil Caudill of Flatwoods; one daughter, Vanessa Carol Ross of Ashland; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ronnie Darrell Haney of Bellefonte and Gary Dean Haney of Flatwoods; and two sisters, Janice Lee Dooley of Russell and Lisa Kaye Childers of Flatwoods.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, in Oldfield Cemetery in Greenup with Pastor Ted Hall officiating.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland.
