Raymond Earl Webber - 1924-2013

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Raymond Earl “Bunny” Webber, 89, went to his heavenly home on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, in Lawrenceville, Ga.

Raymond was born Jan. 5, 1924, in Flatwoods, to the late Patrick and Julia Webber.

He worked as a machinist in the roundhouse for C&O Railroad for 41 years and was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. He was a lifetime member of the American Motorcycle Association. Bunny was an avid Harley Davidson rider for more than 60 years, owning 13 different Harleys during his life.

Bunny Webber will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife Sarah Tackett Webber of Lawrenceville; a stepdaughter, Linda Morehead and husband Kevin of Lawrenceville; a stepson, Robert Clark Jr. and wife Claudia of Loganville, Ga.; granddaughters Sarabeth and Faith Morehead of Lawrenceville; a sister, Betty Dollar of North Augusta, Ga.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville, Ga., by the Rev. Ken Huff.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to smiletrain.org.

Eternal Hills Funeral Home in Snellville is in charge of arrangements.
