John Allen Stapleton, 69, of Olive Hill, died Wednesday in King’s Daughters Medical Center.
He was born July 29, 1943, in Carter County.
His wife, Carol Bryant Stapleton, survives.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Roar Cemetery in Grahn, with military rites by Olive Hill American Legion Post 138.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and after 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill.
