PRESTONSBURG —
Alice Delena Perry Chaffins, 61, of Prestonsburg, died Wednesday in Pikeville Medical Center.
She was the wife of Phillip L. Chaffins.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lancer Freewill Baptist Church in Prestonsburg. Burial will be in Setser Cemetery at Lancer.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the church.
Hall Funeral Home in Martin is in charge of arrangements.
