Paul Edward Conley, 86, of Wurtland, died Tuesday in Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mr. Conley was born March 13, 1926, in Ashland.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East.
There will be no visitation.
Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup is in charge of arrangements.
