WINCHESTER —
Billie Gene Boggs, 74, of Winchester, formerly of Olive Hill, died Monday in University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born Feb. 16, 1939, in Carter County.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Campbell Boggs.
A graveside service will be at noon today at Boggs Cemetery in Olive Hill.
Oney-Henderson Funeral Home in Olive Hill is in charge of arrangements.
