Gary L. Boyd, 71, of Flatwoods, died Thursday in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Boyd.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Advance Memorial United Methodist Church in Flatwoods.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods is in charge of arrangements.
