Jack Flannery, 67, of West Liberty, died Friday at his residence.
He was born Nov. 19, 1945.
He is survived by his wife, Margie Pratt Flannery.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Centerville Community Church. Burial will follow in Cecil Cemetery in Grassy Creek.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Monday at the church.
