Jack Woodburn, 85, of Ironton, Ohio, died Friday in Kingsbrook Lifecare Center in Ashland.
He was born March 20, 1927.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Woodburn.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at First Nazarene Church in Ironton. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery in Ironton.
