Charles E. Watson, 72, of South Shore, died Monday in Portsmouth, Ohio.
He was born April 21, 1940.
His wife, Ernestine Perkins Watson, survives.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home in West Liberty. Burial will be in Profitt Cemetery in West Liberty.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
