Kaitlyn Elizabeth Fryman, 17, of Salt Lick, died Monday in St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
She was born March 23, 1995.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Lakeview Community Church in Salt Lick. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery in Midland.
Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the church.
