ASHLAND —
Mary F. Lyons, 71, of Ashland, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012, in Wurtland Manor Nursing Care Facility in Wurtland.
She was born Jan. 9, 1941, in Ashland to the late Byron F. Sr. and Bessie Mae Hutchinson Steele. Mary was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Michelle Lyons; and brothers, Bill, John, Byron, George, Pat and Robert Steele.
She is survived by one son, Mitchell Lyons of Ashland; one granddaughter, Hannah Lyons of Ashland; and one sister and brother-in-law, Sue (Don) Hartman of Ashland.
A memorial service was conducted at 6 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2012, at Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland with Pastor Brian Steele officiating. There was no visitation.
