WEST LIBERTY — Maggie Tharp, 64, of West Liberty, died Sunday in Morehead. She was born April 3, 1948. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at Wells Union Church in West Liberty. Burial will be in Southfork Cemetery at Malone.
