Helen Louise McCormick-Gehringer, 77, of Wurtland, died Thursday in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.
She was born May 21, 1935, in Ashland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Paul Gehringer.
There will be a private graveside service for immediate family Sunday at McCormick Family Cemetery in Lawrence County, Ky.
