Curtis Calvin, 72, of Salyersville, died Saturday in Paul B. Medical Center in Paintsville.
He was born May 26, 1940, in Magoffin County.
He is survived by his wife, Opal Tackett Lemaster.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Magoffin County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery on Marsh Fork.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today and any time prior to service Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at the funeral home.
