Delcia Lee Miller, 86, of West Liberty, died Monday in Edgewood Manor in Lucasville, Ohio.
She was born July 16, 1926.
She was the wife of Forrest Miller.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Upper Room Pentecostal Church in Paintsville. Burial will be in Ferguson Cemetery at Relief.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the church.
Potter Funeral Home in West Liberty is in charge of arrangements.
