Edgar Lee Waugh, 75, of Olive Hill, died Friday at his residence.
He was born April 6, 1937, in Carter County.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Leta Jo Fultz Waugh.
A memorial service will at 7 p.m. Monday at Oney-Henderson Funeral Home in Olive Hill.
