Lonnie “Junior” Burton Jr., 86, of Olive Hill, died Monday at his residence.
He was born Jan. 11, 1927, in Portsmouth, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Griffey Burton.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, with military rites by American Legion Post 138 of Olive Hill.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today and until services Thursday at the funeral home.
