Earl “Buck” Koontz, 64, of Royalton, died Friday in Pikeville Medical Center.
He was born March 5, 1948.
The funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Boyd Risner Memorial Church in Puncheon. Burial will be in the Whitaker Family Cemetery in Puncheon.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today, all day Monday, and anytime Tuesday prior to the service at the church.
Magoffin County Funeral Home in Salyersville is in charge of arrangements.
