Roy Lynn Sammons, 45, of Blaine, passed away Monday, Oct. 8, 2012 in Cabell-Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va.
Roy was born May 14, 1967, in Columbus, Ohio, the son of James Roy and Virginia Hicks Sammons of Blaine.
Besides his parents, he is survived by a brother, Richard Sammons of Columbus and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
There will be no services.
Arrangements are by Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home in Sandy Hook.
