Jason Ray Hall, 33, of Garrison, died Thursday in the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born March 11, 1979, in Boyd County.
He is survived by his wife, Lorene Prince.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hall-Grizzle Cemetery on Lost Creek in Garrison.
Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison is in charge of arrangements.
