Billy Joe Clark, 64, of South Point, died Thursday at the Hospice Care Center in Ashland.
He was born July 1, 1948 in Prestonsburg.
He is survived by his former wife, Lena Blevins Clark.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Hayes-Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Gardens with military graveside rites by the V.F.W. Post 8850.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Monday until time of service at the funeral home.
