Jeremy Raymond Terry, 34, of Ashland, Ky., son of Beverly S. Church of Catlettsburg, Ky., and Bruce Terry (June) of Zuni, Va., died suddenly Monday, Aug. 30, 2010, in Norfolk, Va.
Jeremy was also survived by two brothers, Casey Terry (Heather) of Catlettsburg and Zachary Terry of Boston, Mass.; a niece, Preston Terry; a nephew, Brandon Terry; maternal grandparents Carl and Delphine Church of Ashland; and paternal grandparents Sharon and Teddy Crisp of Catlettsburg.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 6, 2010, at Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland.
