HUNTINGTON —
John M. Hylton, age 46, of Huntington, W.Va., formerly of Ashland, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2012, in St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington.
He was born Oct. 16, 1965, in Ashland, a son of the late Dennis T. “Duke” Hylton and Joyce Bocook Hylton.
He was employed with GC Services in customer services and a member of Phi Mu Alpha at Morehead State University.
Surviving are his former spouse, Paula Hylton of Huntington; special friend, Lynn Boling of Kenova, W.Va.; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis R. and Maggie Hylton of Ashland; a niece, Callie Hylton of Morehead; and a faithful companion, Cheyanne.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Morehead State University Music Department Development Office, 150 University Blvd., Morehead, KY 40351.
