PAINTSVILLE —
Pep Prater, 68, of Paintsville, died Thursday in Mountain View Health Care Center in Elkhorn City.
He was born June 24, 1944.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelba Jean Nelson Prater.
The funeral will be at noon Tuesday at Carter Funeral Home in Prestonsburg. Burial will be in Nelson Family Cemetery in Prestonsburg.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
