GROVE CITY —
Herman P. Phillips, 84, of Grove City, passed away July 13, 2012.
He was born Sept. 16, 1927, in Grahn, Ky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles L. and Ollie (James) Phillips; son, Jim Phillips; sister, Thelma Brock; and brother, Burl Phillips.
Surviving family include his wife, Lois Jackson Phillips; son, Fred Phillips (Terri); daughters, Paula Phillips and Jacqulynn McClure (Doug); sister, Joy Phillips; and grandchildren, Sarah Phillips, John McClure and Emily Gibson (Bill).
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. today, July 15, 2012 at Grove City Church of the Nazarene, 4770 Hoover Road, Grove City. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2012, at the church. Burial will follow in Grove City Cemetery.
Newcomer Funeral Home in Grove City is in charge of arrangements.
